Seared & Baked Atlantic Salmon

Atlantic Salmon

Allow your tastebuds to be transported to the Northern Atlantic!

This is a deliciously easy meal that is quick to prepare.  Subtle flavors envelop the salmon without tasting “fishy”.  I like to serve this on a beautiful bed of brown rice with asparagus and salad.  For a hint of sweetness, you can also serve a small dish of maple baked beans.

It pairs well with a buttery chardonnay.  Don’t forget that presentation adds a special touch, even on a weekday!
